Catering Menu for delivery in the Salem area.
We will deliver and supply you with disposable serving utensils or you may pick up your order.

Basic and Deluxe packages:
With the Basic you will be provided with grated Romano Cheese, plastic-serving spoon.
The Deluxe package includes Salad, bread, butter, heavy paper plate, paper napkin, plastic utensils,
grated Romano cheese, and plastic serving spoon.

Catering menu available for 8 or more people.
For mixed orders of less than 8 each add $1 per person.
Add $1.50 per person for salad with Basic Package.

Layers of pasta, romano, ricotta and mozzarella cheese, topped with our rich meat sauce.

Tender pieces of chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms.
Finished in a rich cream sauce and tossed with fettuccini.
Cannelloni Garibaldi
Cannelloni filled with Italian sausage, spinach and cheese. Topped with meat sauce.

Prepared with a mixture of Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Romano Cheese,

Meat-filled tortellini topped with our homemade marinara sauce.
Pork Loin Florentine
Pork Loin sautéed and finished with a sherry & mozzarella cheese.
Served atop Spinach and Linguini with marinara sauce.
Pork Scallopini alla Boscaiola
Garlic and Onion sautéed in butter and olive oil with Scallops of Pork Loin, seasoned,
then white wine and mushrooms are added to finish. Served with linguini and meat sauce.
Chicken Marsala
Delicious breast of chicken dusted with flour, sautéed with garlic, onion, and fresh Mushrooms.
Finished with Marsala Wine. Served with linguini and marinara sauce.
Garlic Chicken
Chicken Breast sautéed in olive oil with garlic, dijon mustard, basil and rosemary.
Served with linguini and marinara sauce.
Chicken Bianco
Chicken Breast simmered in Sherry wine with fresh mushrooms and onions,
finished with cream sauce. Served over fettuccini.

If you prefer, you may order any individual pizzas on our menu at regular menu price
or call for group discount.
